Resumen
La revisión de una artroplastia total de rodilla es un reto para el cirujano. Se trata de una tarea que requiere una exposición adecuada, la extracción cuidadosa del implante, así como la corrección de la pérdida ósea, lo que proporciona estabilidad articular y evita la insuficiencia de tejidos blandos, con el fin de lograr una reconstrucción estable y duradera de la articulación de la rodilla. En este artículo de revisión, se resumen y actualizan los tipos de defectos óseos que podemos encontrar, así como las diversas opciones de tratamiento.Citas
